आजकल सभी विद्यार्थी अपनी कक्षा में टॉप करना चाहते है. लेकिन उनकी एक ही समस्या होती है कि वह एक या दो घंटो से ज्यादा देर तक नहीं पढ़ पाते. यह समस्या अधिकतर सभी विद्यार्थियों को आती है. इस समस्या को दूर करने के लिए यहाँ आपको कुछ ऐसी आसान टिप्स बताई जा रही है जिनको आप डेली फोकस करके अपने पढ़ने का समय 2-3 घंटे तक बढ़ा सकते है.

 

पढाई करते समय ध्यान देने योग्य बाते  –

पढ़ते समय आप केवल चेयर में बैठकर ही पढ़ाई करे. पढ़ाई करते-करते बिस्तर पर न लेटे. बिस्तर पर लेटने से हमारा ध्यान पढ़ाई से ज्यादा सोने में लगता है. और हमे नींद आने लगती है.

लगातार पढ़ने के बजाय हर 50 मिनट बाद 10 मिनट का ब्रेक लें। फिर पढ़ें। रेग्युलर तौर पर पढ़ें, न कि एग्जाम से पहले मैराथन पढ़ाई ।

- पढ़ाई करते हुए म्यूजिक सुनना चाहते हैं तो इंस्ट्रूमेंटल सुनें और यह डिस्टर्ब करने वाला न हो।

- पढ़ाई की जगह तय करें। रोजाना उसी जगह पर पढ़ने से दिमाग खुद को पढ़ाई के लिए तैयार कर लेता है।

- एक दिन में एक ही सब्जेक्ट पढ़ने के बजाय दो-तीन सब्जेक्ट की पढ़ाई करें यानी वैरायटी लाएं।
